There is something about old oak trees. I cannot explain it, but I think it has something to do with childhood fairytales, or fairytales I have read to my children. I almost expect to see birds and squirrels as well as mice wearing aprons and watching their babies playing in iving in small flats inside the tree. I see a random fox and a rabbit. If I could add them to this photo I would, but I am a photographer, not a painter. However, I hope this piece of art opens up your mind and fills it with imaginative pictures for you to escape into, at least for a moment.
