I walked outside one winter morning and found a bunch of feathers lying on top of the snow. Obviously some birds had been fighting over the bird feeder. I gathered the feathers since I knew that their beauty would inspire me one day to make art. This photo is one in a series that's all about feathers and textures. Enjoy!
