When my head is too full of thoughts and worries I find it relaxing to play around with abstracts. There are no expections or demands as to what the image should look like. What comes out of it in the end is a surprise, even to myself. Whether I like it or not is not important. The process itself has a healing and relaxing effect. Sometimes that is enough!
