I think a walk on the beach, any beach, any time of the year is the best way to find peace of mind. Breathe in the salty air, listen to the waves and look for little treasures in the sand!
This photo was taken on a winter day in Horten, Norway. For a more artistic and dreamy look I added colorful texture layers in Photoshop.
